Job Responsibilities :
• Writing vouchers and petty cash book entries.
• Counter cash collection and depositing with accounts department.
• Settlement of daily cash receipts against deliveries.
• Marking deliveries in the computer and submitting the daily report to the accounts department.
• Settlement of daily cash transaction with accounts department.
• Coordinating with accounts department and settlement of various bills.
• Attending weekly meeting of the accounts department and getting clarified on various aspects of accounts.
• Maintaining cash book, vouchers, expenses register, attendance register.
• Reconciliation of Bank accounts and monitoring balances.
• Collecting receipts, demand draft, cheques, pay orders and depositing in Bank.
• Preparation of debit vouchers towards purchases from vendors, suppliers and forwarding to finance head for release of payments.
• Having meeting with the finance manager, GM Finance and submitting daily, weekly, monthly reports on receipts, payments, outstanding issues and plan strategies.
